PT Total Persada Indonesia (TPI) is TOTAL's subsidiary that is expanding its business in 2012. This subsidiary is engaged in power plant construction and building industry. 99% of its shares is owned by PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk, and the rest is by PT Total Inti Persada. TPI has authorized capital of Rp 100 billion and subscribed capital of Rp 43 billion.
